A non-recourse loan entails no repayment if its conditions are met. Argentina would use the loan to immediately dollarize as well as enact five fundamental reforms.”
Me resulta extremadamente difícil entender el motivo por el que este gobierno no avanza con este tema, tal vez sea un capricho de Milei. Espero que Dios lo ilumine cuanto antes. Me parece que lamentablemente no queda demasiado tiempo.
Yo añadiría una legislación financiera que permita "investment banking". La separación entre banca comercial y banca de inversión es necesaria, pues la banca de inversión permitiría que haya instituciones financieras para los que gustan correr riesgos.
